Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

Talento Para TI recognizes the importance of protecting the personal and sensitive data of its users, clients, suppliers, and collaborators. 3. Personal Data Collected
Data such as name, ID type and number, physical and email address, telephone number, age, date of birth, academic and employment information, and other data required for the provision of the service is collected. In the case of sensitive data (health, biometric information, etc.), providing it is optional and unconditional for accessing our services.
4. Purpose of Processing
The main purposes of the personal data collected are to provide talent intermediation services, process requests, contact information, statistics, send relevant information, comply with legal and contractual obligations, provide support, and manage inquiries or complaints. They will not be used for purposes other than those described herein.

- Request proof of authorization granted.

- Revoke authorization and/or request deletion of the data, unless there is a legal or contractual obligation.
7. Procedures for inquiries and complaints
All requests, inquiries, or complaints will be addressed within the legal timeframes (maximum 10 business days for inquiries, 15 business days for complaints). The process may be completed by email or virtual means enabled by Talento Para TI.
8. Data Transfer and Transmission
The processing, storage, and transmission of personal data may be carried out within and outside Colombia, under adequate guarantees of security and confidentiality, and only for the purposes described herein or required by law.
9. Security and Confidentiality
Talento Para TI employs technical, administrative, and human measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of information, protecting it against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and destruction.
10. Validity and Modifications
This policy will be effective upon publication. Any modification will be fully notified and published on the website before implementation.
11. Authorization
The data subject freely, expressly, and informedly authorizes the processing of their data, in accordance with the provisions of this policy, by submitting their data on our electronic or physical forms.
